Reservation Policy
• Anyone completing the registration process must be of legal age and provide valid photo identification as well as a credit card in their name in case of incidents in the room.
• Single rooms have a maximum of two (2) people while double rooms have a maximum of four (4). We do not have capacity for additional beds or accommodations.
• Adults (third and fourth) cost $25.00 plus taxes each per night. Children under 12 years of age do not incur additional costs.
• Our reception is available 24:00 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards and check-out is until 12:00 noon. There will be an additional charge for checking out after the established time of $25 per hour and for checking out after 3:00 PM you will be charged for the additional night.
• The pool opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 9:00 PM.
• The restaurant is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
• Utensils such as irons, coffee makers, and hair dryers are available at the front desk.
• The rooms have free internet, and you can find the password inside the rooms or request it at the reception.
• Parking is included in the reservation and is available 24 hours a day.
• Room cleaning begins at 9:00 AM and ends between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. If you do not want cleaning in your room, you must put the «DO NOT DISTURB» sign on your door or inform the reception.
• Any hotel property that is damaged or lost will be charged to your account, this includes undelivered keys, items found in the room or borrowed, as well as towels stained or damaged with makeup, coffee, paint, etc.
• Smoking is not allowed inside our facilities, violating Law 66 of Puerto Rico carries fines from $250 to $500. Outside areas suitable for smokers are available.
• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the arrival date and have a $5 penalty. Late cancellations are NOT refundable.
• Reservations made through external platforms are NOT refundable and all necessary management is the responsibility of the client through said platforms.
